No party/events in the property. The property reserves the right to cancel those individual reserves that can be interpreted as split group booking, reject any group that by their size or nature can be a risk to other guests, staff, facilities or the normal functioning of the apartments.

Shared facilities: swimming pool and tennis are shared with neighborhood apartment block. The pool area is located 40m away from the hotel, summer sunbeds charge.
