This document is designated to provide information on measures being taken by our hotel in order to prevent Covid-19 contagion. The document outlines new health, hygiene and safety measures we added to our existing standards to protect the wellbeing of our guests and employees.
Employees
All our staff have been provided with training on Covid-19 protection methods and contamination conditions since the first day and is being repeated on a regular basis; All our housekeeping staff have completed special hygiene training; Our employees undergo medical screening and have their body temperature taken regularly; All our staff wear personal protective equipment (PPE) – a mask and gloves; Uniforms are changed frequently for hygiene purposes; Staff areas have been adapted to social distance rules: disinfection units have been placed in these areas; lodging and personnel dining areas have been rearranged according to the new requirements.
Front office/Reception
Check-in and check-out procedures have been rearranged and adapted to social distance rule; distance signs have been placed; Front desk is also reorganized according to the social distance guidelines; Luggage and personal belongings of the guests are disinfected before taken to the room; We encourage necessary hand sanitation on arrival and provide disinfectants; Our guests should undergo temperature check at entrance using a digital thermometer and this check will be performed daily during the stay; Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks and gloves are provided to our guests upon request; Room keys are disinfected before check-in; pens to fill the necessary forms are given in a separate clean package.
Rooms
Our housekeeping personnel wear personal protective equipment (PPE) - a mask and gloves, this PPE is changed before entering in another room for cleaning; Disposable tissues and mops are used for cleaning the rooms; Rooms are cleaned with special disinfectant approved by the Turkish Ministry of Health; door handles, switches, remote control, telephone are disinfected before every check-in; Rooms are ventilated during cleaning after every check-out; The glasses in room minibars have been replaced with disposable ones and are changed after every check-out; Bed linen and towels provided in rooms are washed at 70 degrees in accordance with hygiene rules; Amenities (shampoo, shower gel, bath foam, soap, slippers etc.) are replaced after every check-out; Air-conditioning units are disinfected on a regular basis; we also provide seasonal maintenance and filter cleaning of air-conditioners.
General areas
General areas have been adapted and rearranged according to social distance rule; information notices and special signs are placed to maintain social distance; all frequently used areas are subject to extra disinfection; Hand disinfectants are available in all general areas of our hotel including WC unit.
Kitchen
High hygiene and quality standards are used at the kitchen area; All kitchen areas, kitchen utensils, counter tops and storage areas are cleaned and disinfected regularly; Our kitchen staff wear a protective mask, hair net and gloves; detailed training of new hygiene standards has been provided; All dishes are washed in a dishwasher at high temperature.
Restaurant
We offer our guests continental Turkish breakfast and open buffet dinner; Our open buffet has been protected with special glass shield; all dishes are served only by our personnel; All tables and chairs have been rearranged according to social distance rule; Tables, chairs and other units are disinfected after every use; All service personnel wear a mask and gloves; Classic paper menus have been removed according to hygiene rules; For serving food we use disposable paper placemats and cutlery set in an individual package; We have replaced salt and pepper cruets with packaged items; Self-service tea and coffee machines have been removed from food and beverage areas, only our personnel can serve them; For your extra a la carte requests we use the freshest and the most hygienic products from places that comply with Covid-19 protection rules.
Pool area
In our swimming pool chlorine and other necessary chemicals are used for cleaning and disinfection in the amounts specified by the international rules; Tables, chairs and sunbeds at the poolside area are rearranged according to social distance rule and are disinfected regularly; In accordance with social distance rules only 3 guests can swim in the pool at the same time.
