Controlled Normalization Process in Accommodation Facilities



1- During the acceptance of the guest, the guest is measured with a thermal camera or a contactless thermometer.
2- Guests are welcomed with hand sanitizers.
3- Upon request, masks and glove equipments are provided.
4- General usage areas are arranged in accordance with the social distance plan. Markings are made and no more guests are accepted than the planned capacity.
5- In case of open buffet application, plexiglass and similar barriers are made in the guest area of the open buffet in a way that prevents the access of the guests. The service is provided by the kitchen staff.
6- All hotel staff are specially trained on epidemics and hygiene.
7- All areas are cleaned according to the type of surface and disinfection materials in accordance with the standards, with a specified frequency.
8- The surfaces that are in contact with the hands in guest rooms and equipment such as telephone, control, water heater, door & window handles are cleaned with disinfected products when the guest accommodation ends. In the rooms, use of disposable boucle materials and information forms are provided as much as possible.
9- The hygiene of the pool water, pool and beach surroundings are provided to the maximum extent.
10- Pool and beach settlements are arranged in accordance with the 1.5 meter social distance rule.
11- Each room has a reserved table in the restaurant area that our guests may use during their holiday.
12- In the pool & beach area, special sunbeds and umbrellas are reserved by the hotel to the room number in advance.
