Dear Business Partners; In this period while we are staying away from our guests, we continue our preparations without wasting time. We would like to share with you the unique features, facilities of Pine Bay Holiday Resort and our privileged services that we will offer. Our Location - Intertwined With Nature - We host our guests in an area of 420.000 m2 and most of it located in the forest. - Our hotel is isolated from the city and has a beach that 1050 meters long and has one of the highest oxygen ratio of Turkey.
Our Rooms – Environment That Feels Safe - We will serve our guests by providing the less guest capacity to our accommodation units that surrounded by pine trees to host our guests better and provide a safer environment. - While hosting our guests in our Main Building rooms with a unique view and Club Rooms which has become a part of nature with a large balcony and has direct access to the room from the outside, we will change towels and sheets every other day and pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene more than ever. - Our enriched mini bars in our rooms will be available all day long. - We will offer safety and healthy holidays for you and your family in our suites and villas, which have different options like swimming pool that is connected to room and special for it.
Our Activities – Increased General Area Capacities - To offer a more isolated holiday experience we will serve by increasing our general areas capacities per guest. - Our guests can spend time with sports activities such as football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, boccia on the large hotel ground and can participate in many activities such as trekking, outdoor yoga and fruit picking. - We re-arrange the placement of sunbeds in our pool and beach areas in accordance with the safe social distance rules. - Our children are very important to us. So we will organize special and individual events for them and also ensure that they spend time in nature.
Social Distance – Our Food & Beverage Units - In our many restaurants and bars that will serve during the day, we will serve with a 1.5 meter spaced table layout for safe social distancing. - We have started working to add new ones to our food and beverage units that will serve with a controlled capacity in order to provide better quality service to our guests. - We have implemented safe social distance rules in all general areas with safety zone strips, waiting points and information / warning signs for a healthy and safe holiday experience.
New ‘’Normals’’ - In order to provide a safer holiday for our guests, we have provided and continue to provide many trainings to our staff like hygiene practices and safe social distance rules that has become a part of our lives. - We use the ozone system in food hygiene and production areas and provide local product supply. - We will ensure that all vehicles that will enter the facility are disinfected and continue our long-standing fever measurements. - We will serve the rooms that have been left empty and disinfected for at least 12 hours. In accordance with the wishes of our guests, we will also be offering rooms that are left empty for 24 hours and 48 hours. - We will periodically carry out open and closed area disinfection every week. - Our food & beverage department will provide their services to our guests with our staff who wearing masks and trench safety glasses and our room service will be available for 24 hours. - Due to personal hygiene, we started the application of hand sanitizer in February in all our restaurant and bar entrances, as well as in our general areas, and we will continue to spread it. - In case of unwanted situations, our infirmary will serve 24 hours a day and our quarantine room will be available for use.
Staff Practices and Precautions We would like to share with you our applications made since March 1, 2020. - We provided personel transportation service in accordance with the social distance rule. - Body fever is measured at the entrance and exit of the facility. - Offices, workshops and production areas are designed according to safe social distance rules. - Food and drinks are served untouched in the staff dining room. - The dining hall was designed according to the single seating arrangement on the tables. - Body temperature of employees who enter and leave from the staff dining hall is measured. - In the social areas, the tables are designed to fit one person and a distance of at least 2 meters is placed between them. - Protective masks will be used in all staff areas. - Our staff is regularly given Covid-19 training and hygiene training. - Disinfectants are used in all personnel areas.
