Three-Room Apartments (83 m² / 888 ft²) features a two bedrooms each with double bed and bathroom with shower, living room have 19th-century hand-painted ceiling, folding double sofa bed with a fully equipped kitchenette, large dining table. Extra toilet with laundry room is well.

Two-Room Apartments (53 m² / 570 ft²) feature a bedroom with double bed and a 19th-century hand-painted ceiling, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Studios (35 m² / 374 ft²) offer a living bedroom area and a bathroom; one studio includes a balcony with garden furniture. One studio has bath tube and other shower.

Economy Studios (30 m² / 322 ft²) have a living bedroom with double bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet.

Washing machine is in shared corridor. Every unit includes free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, hairdryer, safe, and ironing facilities. Bed linens and towels are provided.
