Arrozante is a new eatery that captures the essence of the Mediterranean, with a menu to delight rice lovers.

We created this unique gastronomical concept in Fuengirola with the help of two renowned chefs and paella experts: Carlos Otaola (Otaola Restaurant, Seville) and José Luis Chaparro (Casa Chaparro Restaurant, Valencia), whose restaurants have received prestigious awards. Specialities include authentic paellas such as Valencian paella or arroz del senyoret; arroz caldoso, a rice stew; or arroz meloso, a creamy rice, with ingredients such as lobster or oxtail; or the fideuás, noodle paellas with ingredients such as duck, porcini mushrooms and foie.
