After a rich breakfast will take place a unique experience at the exclusive Maruzzella Restaurant, the jewel of the hotel, offering a breathtaking sea view and an atmosphere that blends the scents of land and sea, enriched by the aromatic essences of the garden. The lesson begins with a guided walk through the aromatic garden, among Mediterranean herbs and freshly picked lemons, where you will discover the fresh ingredients you will use during the class and learn the secrets of their use. Next, guests will get hands-on, cooking directly with the chef. The class starts with the preparation of a crispy, colorful bruschetta, followed by the creation of handmade fresh pasta – tagliatelle or pappardelle – which will be dressed with the freshest garden ingredients, offering a unique flavor born from the harmonious union of sea and land. The second course will be a fillet of the day’s fresh fish, cooked together with the chef to highlight the freshness of the catch and the Mediterranean aromas.
