The establishment consists of a main building and a small annexe, as well as extensive grounds covering a total area of 60,000 m². The complex enjoys an ideal setting, located in its own bay with beautiful views out to sea and with pine woods at its rear. There are links to the public transport network just 10 m from this complex and it lies only 3 km from Güvercinlik, a small resort consisting of a few hotels, houses and restaurants by the water's edge. The livelier resort of Bodrum is approximately 30 minutes away by public transport. It is 200 km to Ephesus and Milas-Bodrum Airport is 12 km away.



Room description

All rooms feature laminate and tiled floors and come with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer. They offer a double bed and are equipped with a direct dial telephone, an LCD TV with satellite channels, a safe and a minibar. Furthermore, a key-card system and split air conditioning are provided in all accommodation as standard. All rooms also feature either a balcony or a terrace.



Sports / Entertainment

Previously a water sports holiday club, the hotel retains a sporty, active ambiance with plenty of facilities for children and adults alike. The hotel features 3 swimming pools including a poolside snack bar with sun loungers and parasols. For children there's a special children's pool, miniclub and a shaded playground. One of the pools has a small aqua park with waterslides and on the beach there are many water sports provided for an extra fee. Water sports fans can go waterskiing, jet skiing, diving, windsurfing, motor boating, banana boating or sailing (all for an additional fee) or try surfing, canoeing or pedal boating. Guests can enjoy a game of tennis, table tennis, pool/snooker, basketball, volleyball or beach volleyball. Aqua fit, aerobics and cycling can also be enjoyed. Animation activities are held throughout the day plus evening shows with live music (on certain days of the week) and a disco. The spa and health centre, gym, Turkish bath and sauna are free and there are spa packages available (charges apply), including use of a VIP spa salon. Golf enthusiasts can play a round or two of their favourite sport at the course in Bodrum, just 8 km away. Moreover, sun loungers and parasols are available for use on the sandy beach.
