The building was built in 2001 , renovated in 2023, surrounded by a beautiful park, 4
floors, 2 elevators, a total of 127 rooms. Reception, main restaurant, lobby bar,
pool bar, safe deposit box rental (paid), Wi-Fi free of charge in reception
area.

Buffet breakfast: hot and cold dishes, drinks:
tea, coffee, water, juices.

Buffet dinner: hot
and cold dishes, draft beer and wine, water, juices.

All drinks are included only during
meals. All other drinks, including the lobby bar and the pool bar, are charged.

Check-in time:  after 14:00 p.m.

Check-out time: till 12:00 a.m.

(max.2+1/3+0);  Two separate beds or a
double bed, extra bed / folding bed.

All rooms are equipped with: central A/C, flat screen TV, minibar (surcharge), telephone (surcharge),
bathroom with shower and towels, balcony. There is carpet on the floor.

DBL rooms *park –
max.2+1/3+0  - 3 adults can be accommodated, but 3+1 inf is not allowed.

DBL rooms **sea side – max.2+2/3+0  - can accommodate 3
adults, but 3+1 inf is possible.

in the restaurant (free of charge, on request), children's playground.

Free of charge: outdoor
swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool (subject to
availability), outdoor fitness area.

Parking Limited. Not guarded
at charge of 25.00 BGN per day. Advanced reservations are not possible.
