Elea Terra is located in the south of the prefecture of Heraklion in the erstwhile fishing village of Matala, known since antiquity and after the 60’s and the hippies, at a distance of 70km from the capital of Crete.
The business is active in the tourism area for 4 decades. It all started from the vision of Manolis and Vassiliki Kypraki our parents and founders, and their love about their place of origin and their family.
We are a small family business where we put our heart and soul in doing so, and we want to share the beauty of our homeland and the unique culture of its people with our quests.
Pool Bar:
The hotel’s Pool Bar Euphoria is the perfect place to relax under the warm sun of south Crete, drinking cocktails, freshly made beverages and juices , while at the same time you can meet friends who wish to visit and share lunch and drinks with you.

The establishment :
The 60 rooms of accommodation view to the multicolored garden of the property, between the Cretan land and the imposing mountains around, offering unique tranquility to the visitor. Only a small walk of 10 minutes from the beach (550meters)
The rooms are divided into 3 buildings, with different décor and colors and differentiate in Standard rooms with capacity of 2 people, Superior rooms with capacity 3 people and finally Family rooms with capacity 4 people with a bunk bed.Baby cot is fitting on every room.
Restaurant:
The flavors of our buffet are based on fresh Greek local traditional products, and European products as well, waiting to be tasted in the beautifully landscaped area of the Main Restaurant Symposio overlooking the garden, and the nature surrounding the property premises.
Relaxation services:
In the services of our hotel we also have an energy therapeutic individual session for those who want deep relaxation and healing in health problems by our specialized partner Ioanna as well as group wellness programs that will be posted in a weekly program at our hotel.

The Standard rooms of Eleaterra Hotel are the ideal accommodation choice for couples.The rooms are spacious,comfortable with modern design and soothing colors,and equipped with amenities such as mini fridge,wifi,hairdryer etc. They also have a private balcony or terrace and a bathroom with shower.Standard rooms are available with either twin beds or double beds.
