This beach hotel in a modern style, inaugurated in 2005, is composed of a main building with 20 floors and an annex building with 7 floors, providing a total of 206 rooms. In the lobby guests will find 4 lifts, 2 of them panoramic and a reception desk open 24 hours a day, with a money exchange service, a cloakroom and a safe. The establishment has a bar, a café, an Internet corner, ADSL wireless Internet zone in the public areas, a games room, television room and a hairdressing salon and beauty centre. There is also a children's playground. The hotel restaurants offer buffet-style meals, with national and international cuisine, show-cooking and an Italian corner. The hotel also has a garage (local charge and subject to availability).

The hotel is situated 600 metres from Levante beach. In the surroundings guests will find many shops, bars and restaurants, a disco and public transport. The old town and Benidorm town centre are roughly 35 minutes away on foot.
