We have taken all precautions in accordance with the COVID - 19 Pandemic, so that you, our valued guests, whom we care about, can feel safe and have a healthy and comfortable holiday.
We would like to share all these measures with you briefly in this presentation.
In our hotels operating in Antalya Manavgat district, many new standards have been added to our existing standards considering the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Culture and Tourism about the Controlled Normalization Process in Accommodation Facilities dated 12.05.2020.
Especially our Board of Directors, together with our senior management team, Covid-19 on the pandemic, closely following new developments are made necessary improvements and revisionsPREVENTION AND HYGIENE RULES ABOUT OUR EMPLOYEES
Our hotel staff, who will serve you, our valued guests, directly and indirectly, will serve you by following certain hygiene rules for their own health and your health.
Every employee is regularly go through physical examination. Special trainings on epidemics and hygiene are given in certain periods.Contactless thermometer of the staff are take at the entrance and exit of the hotel, they are provided to pass over the disinfection doormats and are entered after the hand disinfection. Staff uniforms are washed and disinfected daily ,following presented to our employees.
In personnel common areas (uniform changing rooms, refectory, etc.) arrangements have been rearranged to protect the social distance and necessary disinfections have been placed in these environments.
Each of our staff provides service within its own working area, in contact with you and the environment, in accordance with the hygiene rules, by maintaining the necessary social distance and by using personal protective materials (mask, gloves,face shield,etc.) when necessary. They use hand sanitizers regularly and this is controlled by their chief or manager.
Our certified workplace doctor is on duty for all our employees and we have an action plan for our potentially disturbed employees.
To all our employees; Pandemic, hygiene, protection and protection methods and transmission conditions are given by experts in one’s field and they are repeated and reminded at regular meetings.
OUR DISINFECTION PROCESSES Guest rooms, Restaurants, Kitchen areas, Bars, Spa center, Reception, Lobby and General places, toilets, Elevators, Offices, Storage spaces of the entire hotel are disinfected and recorded with a suitable and approved Hydrogen Peroxide based material with a known effect in detail. .
These disinfection procedures are carried out periodically by trained and conscious professional teams
OUR HYGIENE AND CLEANING RULES IN GENERAL AREAS
In general areas, especially the surfaces that our staff and our esteemed guests are constantly touching, door handles, handrails, elevator buttons, sinks, batteries, urinals,toilet bowls, remote control apparatus, pos machine etc. point of disinfection is carried out very carefully and often.
In toilets, all public places and every point needed alcohol based hand disinfectant equipments have been added.
In elevators, our capacity has been determined and marked, with the exception of our guests staying in the same room, to maintain social distance.
The sitting groups in the public areas were rearranged to maintain social distance.
Necessary warning boards were hung in all our general areas and reminders were made on social distance and hygiene.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT OPERATIONS IN RECEPTION
With the contactless thermometers at our hotel entrance, the temperature of our guests are taked. Our guests pass through the disinfection doormats and enter the hotel. After using hand disinfection, a protective mask or glove is given for our guests who want to. Then check-in starts.Our guests are informed about our hotel and hygiene rules at the hotel.Room and towel cards are given to our guests in a disinfected way. Our guests' suitcases are safely taken to their rooms after being disinfected by our trained staff. Our guests can carry their suitcases to their rooms.
OUR GUEST ROOMS In the rooms where our esteemed guests will stay, precautions have been taken considering all details for comfort and hygiene. All areas of your room will be disinfected before you enter. Non returnable shampoo and soaps were put in your room. Our employee who will clean your room will work using disposable masks and gloves. The most contacted surfaces such as bathroom, door handles, TV control apparatus, telephone, kettle, mini bar will be disinfected more carefully. After the room cleaning is finished, your room will be aired for about an hour. The collected dirt will be washed in high and sufficient time
OUR FOOD AND BEVERAGE UNITS
Necessary precautions have been taken in our restaurants for the health and comfort of you, our esteemed guests, in order to maintain hygiene and social distance.
Alcohol based hand disinfectant machine is available at the entrances of all our food and beverage units.
Tables and chairs in the restaurant, social distance has been redesigned appropriately. The restaurant has been reorganized by extending the working hours in order to avoid the density and maintain the social distance within the restaurant.
Guest dining tables are cleaned and disinfected after each use and prepared for our next guest.
Each table has a disposable salt and pepper shakers.
Products such as forks, knives and spoons are presented to our guests as disinfected.
Open buffet will be implemented in certain standards, and our guests, will be provided with plexiglass between the buffets and hygiene will be provided. Our experienced cooks will serve the foods you want.
The seating areas of our bars are designed in accordance with the social distance and service will be provided by our service personnel in accordance with the hygiene rules
SPA - FITNESS AND SHOPS
In our Spa, Fitness, Hairdresser and Shops, which are the common areas of our guests, all of our employees will serve in accordance with the hygiene rules and social distance. Towels, loincloth etc. will be offered to our guests after being disinfected by washing at high temperatures.
The cleanliness and hygiene of the bath and sauna will be constantly controled and a certain number of guests will be accepted. In these areas, more than capacity guests will not be allowed.
Our staff working in massage parlors and spa will use masks continuously.
In the use of the fitness room, a certain number of guests will be accepted upon reservation. Capacity and social distance in the hall will be maintained. All Fitness equipments are designed according to social distance and disinfected before and after each use.
POOL /BEACH AND ANIMATION ACTIVITIES The sunbeds in our pools and beaches are placed in accordance with the social distance. All of our sun loungers and coffee tables are will be disinfected after use and made ready for our next guest.
pH measurements of our pool waters are in the range of 1-3 ppm in our outdoor pools and 1-1.5 ppm in our indoor pools and are in conforming to standards. They are checked at regular intervals.
We have boards showing our pool rules and pH measurement results for all our guests to see. Daily sports and entertainment activities are performed softly with low capacities according to the social distance rules
