##Overview\nThe Hotel Salzburger Hof is a traditional family hotel in the centre of Salzburg. This hotel is very well managed and has friendly and polite staff, who do their upmost to make their guests' stay very pleasant. It is the perfect starting point to explore the city. \n\n##Location\nThe hotel is located very close to the main train and bus station. It is also within 10 minutes walk to the Mirabell gardens and 15-20 minutes walk to the old town of Salzburg and the shopping area.\n\n##Rooms\nThe hotel recently refurbished a total of 30 air-conditioned-rooms in the main building, including Lobby & Restaurant. In all rooms are new carpets and new furniture, HD-Flatscreens, blu-ray player with a large (free of charge) movie selection in each room. The rooms of the hotel vary in size but are generally large and kept in very good condition along with the bathrooms. Rooms are decorated in light pastels and light fixtures. The suite room will also encompass one of the themes in the hotel of Sound of Music, Mozart or Salzburg. Not all rooms feature air conditioning some rooms only have a celling fan.\n\n##Food & drink\nThe restaurant is located on the ground floor and is traditional in style with wooden fixtures. A variety of cuisine is served in the restaurant from traditional Austrian food, Italian and also Indian specialities. The breakfast focuses on traditional Austrian specialities where they also have a Salzburg Corner.
