These include photovoltaic panels, vacuum tube water heating, rainwater collection for our 100m² vertical garden, a mobile key app, and smart, low-consumption fixtures. Our restaurant, led by Chef Borja Marrero, boasts a Green Michelin Star and offers a unique, sustainable dining experience focused on local ingredients.
