Calabay Parc Homes are a peaceful, pine-lined community backing onto a conservation area, offering a relaxed base away from the crowds. These well-furnished 4 and 5 bedroom homes sleep up to 8 or 10 guests and sit around 12 miles from Walt Disney World Resort. Each stay includes Wi-Fi, a complimentary welcome pack on arrival, and a private screened swimming pool with outdoor lounging furniture.

Homes feature a spacious living area with TV, linens and towels provided, and a fully fitted kitchen with key appliances, cookware and a dedicated dining space. Community perks include walking trails, conservation views and proximity to shops, with easy access to major attractions and both coasts (about an hour). Gas pool heating is available at extra cost. Florida law requires online registration and a $8/day Property Protection Fee (cap $120) to download the voucher about 5 days before arrival.
