The Jardín del Atlántico Aparthotel, renovated from July 2024, has 334 apartments, some of which are recently renovated. They have a terrace or balcony, all with views of the pool, Águila Roja shopping center, or the resort's tropical gardens. There is an adult pool in each area, one of which is heated, and a common pool for children with a newly created Splash Park area.
