The apartment complex is located approximately 500 m from the nearest beach and the pleasant town centre, which has a good selection of shops and restaurants. The airport is just 60 km away.

Each apartment (roughly 80 m²) accommodates 6 to 8 persons. On the ground floor, there is a living room with sofa bed, as well as a kitchenette with dishwasher and washing machine and a terrace with furniture. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms and an en suite bathroom.

The complex has a small swimming pool.
