The complex is composed of three separated buildings, located around the basins of the swimming pool, running out one in another, similar to a river. Because of its incredible site, from where the name of the complex, the majority of the apartments saw on the splendid sea and face at the same time with Sunny Beach and the old town of Nessebar. There are 200 apartments differently located in the complex.
