For arrivals outside office hours, keys will be left in a secure safe near the office, and the access code will be sent via SMS. A €200 security deposit is required by credit card. One week before arrival, a link to the BBVA bank (Redsys. es) will be sent to facilitate payment. The deposit will be refunded to the same credit card within seven days of departure, provided there are no issues.
