The hotel is located just footsteps away from the magnificent long sandy, pebble beach of Ixia. A private underground passage facilitates the access from the main pool to the beach.The resort covers an area of 42.000 sq. meters with 2 Gigantic swimming pools, the main pool and the “lazy river” among its beautiful gardens and its palm trees.The main pool near the Jolly Chef Center has a maximum length of 42 meters and a maximum width of 18 meters. The second “snail shape” pool has the dimensions of 21X17. The maximum depth of both pools is approximately 1,45 meters. The “lazy river” pool has a length of about 30 meters, a depth of 1,45m and runs directly into the main pool. All pools are fresh water pools.Most of the hotel, approximately 75%, has accommodation either overlooking the sea or with or with a side sea view of the Ialysos Gulf.
